MATERIALS AND CARE

Our jewelry is crafted in silver, gold-plated silver, solid gold, and natural stones. 

Gold plating naturally fades over time; it is a normal occurrence due to wear and tear. The speed of this natural process depends on how well the jewelry is cared for. 

To prolong the original appearance of a gold-plated piece, we recommend removing jewelry before sleeping, swimming in saltwater or pools, or engaging in sports. Avoid exposure to chemicals, soaps, cosmetic products, and makeup. Store them in a clean, dry place.

REPAIRS

We repair items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase. For repairs beyond 30 days from the purchase date, you can contact us via email at contact@deassin.com. 

CLEANING

For silver and solid gold pieces: soak in boiling water with ammonia and dish soap for a few minutes. Gently scrub with a cloth or a soft brush in hard-to-reach areas. Rinse and dry gently.

You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth or silver cleaning solution for silver jewelry, always rinsing it thoroughly afterward.

For chains, it is recommended to clean them in water, as detailed above. 

For gold-plated pieces: if there are any stains, gently rub them with a soft cotton cloth.
