Enjoy free shipping within the Iberian Peninsula on purchases over €120.

· Spain, except for the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla: €5.

· Europe, Canary Islands, and Ceuta and Melilla: €15.

· United States and Canada: €25*.

· All other countries: €30*.

*Shipping cost does not include customs or tariffs that may apply when shipping to non-European Union countries. 

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for the entire Iberian Peninsula and 10-12 business days for other countries, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. If your order is urgent, you can contact us, and we will do our best to ensure it arrives on time. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. When the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor its progress. 

Fine Jewelry Shipping: 

Gold and precious stone pieces are individually produced on-demand in our workshop in Madrid. The production and delivery time is a maximum of 20 business days within Spain and 30 business days for international shipments. 

If we cannot meet the established deadline, you will be informed within 3 business days from the order date, and you can cancel it with a corresponding refund for the item.

PACKAGING

Your piece will arrive in a cotton pouch inside a rigid cardboard box. Our packaging is unique and made in Spain from natural and recyclable materials. 

Gold and precious stone rings are delivered in a specific fine jewelry case. 

If it is a gift, you can add our cotton tote bag to your order. We will include it for free on orders over €120.
